It is our intention to provide the very best service to our customers. We will endeavor to have stock on hand of all the product lines advertised.
Whenever possible, orders will be shipped out to customers on the same day the order is received when payment is made by VISA or MasterCard. Credit cards will not be charged until the order is dispatched. Purchases made by personal cheque will be shipped out as soon as the cheque has been cleared at the bank.
We provide shipping by Canada Post. Most orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and a tracking number that is e-mailed to you upon dispatch. If requested, we can ship via UPS or FedEx. Please contact us for rates to your location.
If, for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from European Hand Tools, we will exchange your purchase or offer a refund of the purchase price. Refunds or exchanges will be accepted within thirty days of your receipt of the goods. Refunds will be made by the same method of the original payment.
Please contact us before returning any merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization Number that must be included with the goods for us to process your request.
At European Hand Tools, we respect your privacy. To offer you the best customer service we can, when needed we will give your name to our nearest dealer to assist you. We will not pass your name or personal details on to any other company or organization — ever!
In case you require assistance with your purchases from us in the future; we will maintain your name in our records. We may on occasion, send you information on a special offer or new product. Please contact us in writing, if you do not wish us to send you special offer or product information or would like to have your personal details removed from our records.
